Terms and Conditions

Services Offered
We provide professional courier and logistics services,including but not limited to:
~ Air and sea freight shipping services
~Warehousing and Storage
~Online Shopping Services
~Delivery for customers outside of Maggotty ,St Elizabeth via Knutsford Express. All services are performed with reasonable care and professionalism in accordance with the industry standards. While we strive for timely delivery, transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
RITE A FOOT COURIERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY ,SUSPEND OR DISCOUNT ANY SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

Acceptance of Terms
By using any service provided by RAFC ,the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The customer acknowledges that they have read , understood and accepted these Terms and Condition in full.Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
Packing and Handling
We handles each package with reasonable care; however,we are not responsible for damage caused by improper or insufficient packaging carried out by online vendor or retailer and third party sending packages to our warehouses on the customer behalf. Customer who pack and sends an item assumes responsibility for ensuring proper packaging. We will not be held liable for any damage resulting from inadequate packaging by any party. Liability limitations beyond our control that includes ACTS OF GOD,NATURAL DISASTER, LABOR STRIKES,WAR/TERRORISM and GOVERNMENT OR CUSTOM ACTIONS. We are not liable for indirect ,incidental or consequential damages.
UNKOWN OR UNIDENTIFIED PACKAGES
Customers must ensure their assigned customer prefix code is included in the shipping address at all times. Packages received without a prefix code will be classified as an Unknown package . These packages may experience delays in identification, processing and custom clearance. We are not responsible for delays associated with unidentified shipments.

5.ASSISTED SHOPPING SERVICE

For customers without a credit card ,we offer assisted shopping services. Customers must deposit the full amount in advance. Payment terms must be settled in accordance the following payment methods such as Bank Transfers and Prepayment. Customers are responsible for bank charges, processing fees and transaction costs. Fees attracted after payment will be added to pick up balance.

Insurance and Claims
RITE A FOOT COURIERS do not provides insurance coverage for shipment, each customer ship at their own risk. Claims of damage or lost package are subject to investigation and verification, customer must provide invoices, receipts and photographs where applicable.

STORAGE POLICY

Packages held at the pickup location for over ten (10) days will incur a fee of $1000 every 10 days. Packages not collected over 60 days may be auctioned or disposed of to recover storage cost without further notice.

Amendments

RITE A FOOT COURIERS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, updates will take effect immediately upon posting on our website or customer portal.

Acceptance and AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between RITE A FOOT COURIERS and the customer and supersede all prior agreements or understanding. By using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
